What we heard

Many of you told us that planning together is what keeps your work sustainable, and that it is the first thing to go when the week is disrupted.

What we're doing

From week 2, Term 4, duty changes will avoid scheduled team planning blocks wherever possible. The leadership team will review this at the end of term.
