Huge shout-out to our Stage 2 team. Restorative circles are now running every Monday morning and we've seen playground referrals drop by a third this term. Proud of every one of you.

Reflection on 'Relational Classrooms' — the idea of 'connect before correct' landed hard for me. I tried a 2-minute check-in at the door all week. Two of my quieter students started talking to me about their weekends. Small thing, big shift.
